Join us for a unique Wet Felting Workshop with Vicky of Needlessly Felted at Artisanity, where you'll explore the art of wet felting and hand embellishment over two exciting possible sessions.

Session 1: Wet Felting a Landscape (4 Hours) £55 - 8th Feb 

In the first session, you'll dive into the process of wet felting to create a beautiful landscape image. Vicky will guide you through creating your image - selecting colours, blending wool with silks and an array of fibres, and using water and soap to form the base of your artwork. You'll learn how to layer the fibres and create depth, texture, and movement in your landscape, whether it's a rolling countryside, serene coastline, or your own garden.

All materials are provided, including a huge variety of high-quality wool, silk and other beautiful fibres in natural tones and vibrant colours to make your landscape truly unique.

You are welcome to complete your creation in this session or we recommend combining it with Session 2:

Session 2: Hand Embroidery, Needle Felting & Beading (2 Hours) £35 - 15th Feb

Participants will be provided with all the necessary materials, including -

• High-quality wool fibres in a dazzling array of colours, textures and types
• Hand spun and dyed artisan yarns
• Raw and dyed silk fibres - throwsters, mulberry silk, hand dyed silks, carrier rods, cocoons 
• Sari silk fibres, ribbons and scraps
• Curly locks in all colours and textures
• Nepps and noils - little woolly lumps and bumps for texture.
• Bamboo mats
• Fine mesh
• Rolling and fulling tools (this can be tough on hands so please ask for hand friendly tools if required)
• Natural olive oil soap.
• Water sprays
• Towels (do bring an extra for drying hands!)
