Congleton constituency hustings to take place at town hall

Congleton Town Hall will host a hustings event on Sunday 30 June, from 3pm-4.30pm.

A hustings is a meeting whereby members of the public can ask questions to Parliamentary candidates.

In this case, questions on any subject can be pre-submitted, and will be put to the candidates.

Questions will also be taken from the floor if time allows.

Attendees don't need to pre-book; seats will be given on a first-come-first-served basis.

Polling day is Thursday 4 July.

The candidates standing in the Congleton constituency are as follows:

  • Fiona Bruce - Conservative and Unionist Party
  • Paul Duffy - Liberal Democrats
  • Rich McCarthy - Green
  • Rob Moreton - Independent
  • Sarah Alison Russell - Labour
  • Kay Wesley - Women's Equality Party
  • Martin York - Reform UK
