After hosting the men's and ladies doubles events the previous weekend, Sunday (30 August) saw Congleton Lawn Tennis Club host it's annual mixed doubles event for the Burton Shield.
The pairs were drawn into two groups who played round robin events with the two group winners meeting in the final.
Yesterday (Saturday 22nd August) saw the staging of Congleton Lawn Tennis Club's 2020 Doubles Events.
Both the Mens and Ladies doubles events took place on an afternoon where whilst the rain held off the players were forced to deal with some difficult windy conditions.
