My client is an established high end residential construction company with a range of projects starting across the North West, they are actively seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team who has worked on high end residential projects previously and is a hands on manager.

Qualifications

SMSTS or SSSTS

CSCS

First Aid

Joiner By trade

• Duties

  Manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site operations

  Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments

  Oversee labour management and monitor project progress to meet deadlines

  Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.

  Overseeing site operations

  Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality
