OktoBEARfest

Fresh off being named in the 2026 CAMRA Good Beer Guide, Beartown Brewery is hosting a 'celebration of beer in true German fashion'

Taking place across Friday and Saturday, guests can expect a live 30-piece brass Oompah band, German food vendors and various traditional Oktoberfest games.

There will also be limited edition beers, made just for the festival.

Goosfest 2025

Goosfest 2025 continues this weekend, with attention now turning to the music side of the festival.

First up is a concert by 'Fine Lines' at Goostrey Village Hall on Friday, October 3.

Shows take place daily, culminating with an organ recital by Jonathan Scott at Goostrey Parish Church on Sunday, October 12.

Coldplay Tribute

Missed out on seeing Chris Martin and the gang at Wembley?

Never fear, as Coldplay Tribute Live in Technicolour will be taking over Congleton Town Hall on Saturday.

Led by charismatic front man Jack Saxer, they will be play all the hits, including Clocks, Fix You, Viva La Vida and more,

Doors open at 7.30pm with tickets available through the town council.
