The platform prioritizes security and scalability, offering a user-friendly interface accessible through a single dashboard. It simplifies payroll processing, ensures compliance, and handles reporting tasks, allowing users to focus on other essential responsibilities. Based in Congleton, the company also offers on-site services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing and troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Manage projects and contribute to driving sales initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively identifying, developing, and managing new client relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and delivering technical solutions in a timely manner.
- Utilize account management and sales skills to foster positive client relationships.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-solving and proactive approach to technical challenges.

Salary: £25,000 (DOE) OTE £30,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
