We re hiring for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join a specialist metalwork company based in Congleton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and fabricating bespoke metalwork, contributing to the production of high-quality products.

What s on offer?

  • £16.50-£19.50 per hour
  • Monday Thursday 7:00am 4:30pm (36 hour week)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)
  • Employee pension scheme

What will you be doing as a Fabricator/Welder?

  • Reading and interpreting engineering blueprint
  • Using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to fabricate parts
  • Performing MIG welding
  • Assembling components accurately based on specifications
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet standards

What do you need?

  • A minimum of 3 years previous fabrication experience
  • Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
  • Experience with welding techniques and processes
  • The ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and components
