HR Administrator

Up to 27K + 4 day working week (Mon-Thurs)

Round Peg Solutions are working on a exclusive basis with a global tier 1 aerospace manufacturer, who are looking for a HR Administrator, following a period of sustained growth. The role is based on their Cheshire site (circa 230 employees) with the option to work from home after an initial probation period.

The HR Administrator Role;

Supporting HR Advisor with recruitment database activities

Prepare induction paperwork and schedules

Prepare new starter documentation

Updating HR database with current/new employees details

Administer leaver process, ensuring resignations are acknowledged in a timely manner, the line manager is aware of the process and outstanding annual leave is calculated in accordance with the employees T's & C's

Required HR Administrator Experience;

Demonstrable experience of prioritising work to endure deadlines are met

Experience in a role with a high level of attention detail

Nice to have;

HR related experience

Experience of representing a company in formal meetings
