Audit Senior Congleton £24k - £45k DOE (would consider varying levels on experience) Fulltime My client is a reputable and growing practice committed to delivering exceptional financial services to a wide range of clients. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a talented Audit Senior to join their team. Role: As an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Senior you will report to the Audit Manager and join the wider audit department. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with a variety of clients, develop your audit expertise, and advance your career in a collaborative and dynamic environment. As the Audit Senior, you will also be expected to:

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Prepare and review financial statements and accounts in accordance with relevant standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and attend client meetings.

Requirements: The ideal Audit Senior candidate will be ACCA qualified, or currently studying towards ACCA, with a strong background in audit and a drive to excel in their career. In addition to the above, you will also be expected to provide:

• Minimum of 1 years of audit experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management/supervisory abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
