Everybody Health & Leisure has announced their next ESCAPE-pain for backs programme starting on 30th July at Congleton Leisure Centre.

ESCAPE-pain for backs is a rehabilitation programme designed to help reduce pain and disability for people with chronic low back pain, through education and exercise.

You need to take part in a group exercise programme, twice a week for the initial first six weeks, tailored to your individual needs.

This is then followed by a further six week membership with unlimited use of the Everybody leisure facility.
