New pilates studio brings 'fresh approach' to fitness in Congleton

A new pilates studio has brought a 'fresh approach' to fitness in Congleton.

Equilibrate Pilates on Mill Street opened its doors on Monday (July 7).

 Founded by qualified instructor and sports massage therapist Lucy Brydon, the studio offers a modern, inclusive space for people of all fitness levels to explore the benefits of pilates and mindful movement.

She said: "I wanted to create a space where people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired to take care of their bodies.

"Pilates has transformed my life, and I'm excited to share that with the community."

Located at 58 Mill Street, Equilibrate boasts 'state-of-the-art' equipment and focuses on smaller class sizes to ensure participants get personalised support.

A wide range of classes are available, including matwork pilates, reformer pilates, tower pilates and a circuits style class involving a mixture of all of the large apparatus.

To celebrate the opening, Lucy is offering 50% off classes during opening week and a 25% discount throughoutt July using the codes OPENINGWEEK and JULY25 respectively.
