Hours - Monday until Friday 2.30pm-5pm Term Time

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Sweeping floors

- Mopping floors

- Vacuuming carpeted areas

- Emptying bins

- Damp-dust surfaces

- Refill consumables (e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels, etc)

- General staff clean

- Any other reasonable duties as required

The ideal candidate:

- Will be aware of H&S for themselves and others

Duties of an Export Customer Service Administrator - All aspects of customer service / To process & progress orders for Catherine Whyte Recruitment Export Customers.

To arrange shipments by road, sea & air as required by the Customer.

Dealing promptly with customer queries / Progressing deliveries & arranging transport with Freight Forwarders.

Order confirmation & maintenance. Product & price file maintenance

To be proactive in foreseeing delays & complications with shipments.

Producing statistics for use in reporting on KPI's.

Ability to arrange, track & monitor Express shipments of sample books & materials.

Person Spec - Essential knowledge - Shipping & export documentation, customer service & logistics, intermediate skills in Excel & MS Office software.

Desirable knowledge - Knowledge of the wallpaper industry, experience of SAP systems, & Known Consignor status & requirements.

Essential skills - excellent communication skills essential, spreadsheet & word proficient, attention to detail & organisational skills, high levels of accuracy, customer focused with the ability to work flexibly & to tight time restraints, diplomacy.

Experience - proven delivery of excellent customer service, experience of working in a similar role.
