Following yesterday's Government update on Coronavirus,Congleton charity Ruby's Fund has announced that they will be closed from today until further notice.

This means all of the sessions and services that are part of Ruby's Fund will not be running.

Alison Parr, founder of Ruby's Fund said in a Facebook post: "If you attend a class at the centre that is run by an outside provider please see the session providers website or social media page for their own updates.

"If you have an appointment or booking with us we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

"Our usual phone line is open for urgent enquiries Monday - Friday 10-2pm or you can contact us by email on [email protected]

"The Board has not made this decision lightly. We feel it is necessary to follow the Government guidance for the safety of our staff, volunteers and centre users, especially our most vulnerable ones."

For current guidance surrounding the Coronavirus What Congleton Needs To Know.

It was only on Friday that Ruby's Fund had hand sanitisers stolen.
