Congleton residents Julie Code and Sharon Neild have set up a Facebook group called 'You Are Not Alone', for people that are self-isolating due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

Mrs Nield said: "We want people in our community to feel that they are not alone and this group is for people to chat and feel connected.

"There will be people who are in a similar situation, and there will be others who want to join the group and be there for people and boost morale.

"We have some great moderators including Laura Newton who also helps me run my Congleton News and Views group, she works so hard and is always on hand to help.

"Jane Proctor has also offered her help with this group so to has Gaz Lewis.

"Gaz also runs his own great group for helping people with mental health issues called Nailed It!

"He will be helping and be making sure to boost morale in the group at these difficult times.

"So please don't feel alone, join our group and lets keep each other's spirits up."
