A snap through the windows of Capital Walk yesterday.

As anticipation continues to rise, more job vacancies are cropping up at Capital Walk.

The High Street hub for world cuisine is set to open this year, reimagining the former 5500 sq ft shopping centre into a 21st century venue.

From Kingston Town Jamaican Grill to Wilmslow sushi business Zumuku, Capital Walk will bring new flavours and people to our town.

And it will also create jobs, with positions having opened this week.

The collection of restauraunts and bars have renamed the building from 'Capitol Walk' to 'Capital Walk'.

The following vacancies are available, and open to Congleton residents:

• Waiting on Staff

• Bar Staff (experience required)

• Mixologists (experience required)

• Shop Assistants for the Deli and Ice Cream Shops

• Italian Chefs (experience required)

"If you think you have what it takes and are interested in applying, please can you send your CV's to [email protected]," said the food and drink hub.

There are no restrictions for the roles - barring bar staff - where applicants must be 18 or over.

In January, the organisers targeted a 'late March/April' opening, however this has since been moved to just '2022'. So the start date for any job remains unknown.

While Capital Walk isn't open yet, you can have a taste of some of the takeaways set to move in such as Brazilian eatery Boteco, currently on the Congleton Eats app.
