A family-run firm is celebrating two decades in business.

TMC Strategic Communications, based on High Street in Congleton, turns 20 this week.

It marks a huge achievement for the agency which began from the home of husband and wife team Tim and Dr Jan McCloud.

Speaking about the company's journey, chief executive officer Tim said: "When Jan and I started TMC in 2006, we had a vision to create positive impact, but we never imagined we'd grow to a team of 45 serving clients globally.

"What has stayed consistent throughout these twenty years is our commitment to delivering exceptional work and being genuinely invested in the success of every business we partner with.

"Building that from our base here in Cheshire, delivering meaningful results, has been incredibly rewarding."

Founded in 2006, TMC Strategic Communications delivers full-service strategic communications, including marketing, PR, brand and creative, campaign management and digital innovation.

Their 45-strong team work with a number of major international organisations in healthcare, technology, STEM sectors, franchise and property.

Some of their big name clients include Siemens, Hologic, the European Society of Cardiology, Home Instead and Mountpark.

Dr Jan, chief operating officer and healthcare director, added: "Working alongside Tim for nearly two decades has been an incredible journey.

"We shared a vision of delivering work that genuinely makes a difference.

"My background in medical science has shaped how we approach healthcare communications, we understand the complexity, respect the evidence base, and know how to translate that into compelling campaigns.

"Seeing the impact we've had for organisations like Hologic and the European Society of Cardiology makes me enormously proud of what we've built together."
