Staff at Park Lane Residential Home in Congleton observed a minute's silence earlier today for the Royal College of Nursing's 'Covid-19:A time to reflect'.

At 10:15am, staff took the moment to remember all the nurses and care workers who have died from Covid-19, a year on from the start of the pandemic.

Home Manager Jayne O'Sullivan said: "Park Lane staff wanted to reflect on the past year and acknowledge the nurses and carers that had sadly lost their lives due to the pandemic."
