Return of free event offers chance to find the health and wellbeing support you need

Residents are invited to a free event aimed at tackling mental health challenges.
Congleton Partnership has announced the return of the Health and Wellbeing Fayre.
The event will showcase a wide range of health and wellness resources, support services, and interactive activities designed to address the challenges many people face today.
Peter Aston, chair of Congleton Partnership, said: "It's a fantastic day that brings together the best the community has to offer.
"Whether you need advice, want to learn something new, or simply connect with local service providers, this event is here to support you."

The Congleton Community Health and Wellbeing Fayre takes place at the Town Hall.
It runs from 10am to 2pm on Tuesday, March 18.
More than 40 exhibitors will be on hand to provide information and guidance on topics such as mental health support, nutrition, fitness, aging well, managing stress, and accessing community services.
What to Expect
- Expert Advice & Free Health Checks – Learn from professionals about maintaining physical and mental wellbeing.
- Community Connections – Meet local service providers and support groups that can help with everything from mobility to mental resilience.
- Goodies & Giveaways – Free goody bags, raffle prizes, and complimentary tea/coffee to enjoy at Bluey's Café inside the Town Hall.
