Congleton-based wealth management and financial planning firm, Franklyn Financial Management, are delighted to announce the launch of The FFM Academy.

The first of its kind in the business, The FFM Academy has been established to give exceptional individuals who want to build a career in wealth management the opportunity to learn and develop through a programme which encompasses the right mix of classroom-based learning and on the job training.

The academy has been designed to lay the foundations for a successful career as either a client manager or financial adviser at Franklyn by

being coached through the CII diploma exams, whilst being provided with first-class training to develop the right skillset needed for the industry.

Gemma Tunstall, head of people and development at FFM, said: "This is a fantastic step that FFM are taking and we would encourage anyone wanting to develop or change their career to get in touch."

Rachel Banks, head of finance at FFM, added: "We are excited to begin this journey and can't wait to see our brilliant candidates grow throughout the programme."

The local firm is now on the lookout for the first group of passionate, driven, resilient individuals to join the Franklyn family, who are ready to begin their academy journey in June this year.
