Police called to reports of 'man taking pictures of cars' outside a primary school in Congleton

Police were called to a primary school in Congleton after a man was reportedly seen 'taking pictures of cars' outside the premises.

Officers from Congleton East Policing Team were called to Buglawton Primary School, on Buxton Old, Road, in Congleton yesterday afternoon (March 19).

Despite officers stating there was 'nothing to report' from the incident they pledged to increase patrols around the primary school.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: "Officers have been to Buglawton Primary School this afternoon after reports of a man taking pictures of cars.

"There is nothing to report this time however patrols will continue around the area."
