A 'massive' Easter egg hunt will be taking place in Congleton over the next two weeks.
The Parish of Congleton will be hiding 10 wooden eggs across the town every day up until Friday (26 March) for this week and from Monday to Good Friday (2 April) next week.
For the lucky residents who find a wooden egg, they will be rewarded with a free full-sized chocolate Easter egg.
The hunt which started yesterday (Monday) will see a total of 100 Easter eggs handed out for free and there will be photo hints provided of each day's locations.
A Congleton Parish spokesperson said: "All you have to do is find one. So, on your way to work, on your way to school, when you're going shopping, taking the dog for a walk or just going for some exercise, get outside and get hunting."
Residents can then collect their free chocolate egg on Saturday 27th March and Saturday 3rd April between 10am and noon at Congleton Park keeper's house, CW12 1JG, just behind Stock at the Pavilion.
Every egg will have a unique code attached for verification. Exchange for chocolate egg on receipt of wooden egg with code attached.
