Time Recruitment are working alongside a reputable and well-respected insurance and accident management company who are one of the largest in the market.

The Motor Claims Handler will be mainly dealing with claims from start to finish from the first point of the claim through to settlement.

This is an excellent position for somebody who is looking for a career in insurance claims.

Previous administration, customer service or telephony-based experience candidates will be considered.

However, if you have previous motor claims or FNOL experience then this is a great opportunity for you.

You will be responsible for providing the relevant services to the clients in order to support them through the process bringing the claim to completion.

The role includes working with external business partners including insurance companies, brokers, vehicle repairers and vehicle suppliers to ensure the smooth and effective completion of the clients claim.

Duties

- Claims assessment and recovery following a client's road traffic accident.

- Management of the client's claim including the repair of client's vehicle to ensure a smooth conclusion.

- Liaising with external companies such as lawyers and broker partners to provide information to assist in the settlement of the clients' losses.

- Administration and case diary management of a designated case load.
