The opening date of Congleton's newest coffee shop has been confirmed.

The Coffee House will open its doors on Friday, September 5.

It takes over the unit previously home to Argos at the Bridestone Shopping Centre.

Speaking previously, a spokesperson for the coffee chain said: "We are super excited to be opening in Congleton, our mission has always been about more than coffee, it's about helping bring life back into the high street by creating welcoming spaces where people can chat, relax, and feel part of something local.

"The Coffee House has built up a great reputation across the North West.

"We believe this is because of our commitment to quality and community.

"From roasting our coffee beans to preparing all food fresh daily in our central kitchen, everything we do is focused on delivering a great experience."

As part of this commitment to the community, the new Congleton store will feature a unique, in-house designed mural celebrating the town's best bits.

It will also bring a number of new jobs to the area.

The spokesperson added: "Are you ready to bring your energy and enthusiasm to The Coffee House?

"We're looking for outgoing individuals who share our love for genuine hospitality. Whether you're a seasoned barista or a coffee connoisseur in the making, we want to hear from you!"
