Congleton: Do you know someone who deserves a pick-me-up?

Co-op want to help support friends and neighbours in your community to help raise awareness on the importance of mental health. The Co-op is offering to send free pick-me-up packs to people in Ashby in support of Mental Health Awareness Week (9–15 May).

Share the love and nominate someone for a free pick-me-up pack containing Fairtrade chocolate, a candle, mindfulness journal and a seed card that can be planted.

To nominate a friend or family member to receive a free pick-me-up pack email [email protected] with their name and address and put Pick-me-up pack in the subject line. The closing date for nominations is Tuesday 19 April.

Brighten up someone's day by nominating them to receive this thoughtful free gift. Show them someone cares and help to make sure no-one feels alone. Nominate now while the packs are still available.

One in four people experiences a mental health problem in any one year.

That's why Co-op is working with its charity partners, Mind, the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) and Inspire to bring communities together to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Feeling connected to our community supports our mental wellbeing. Co-op's goal is to raise £8 million to bring communities together and improve mental wellbeing. If you'd like to help you can donate online at: Co-op partnership - JustGiving or scan the QR code on this article to donate.

The Co-op helps fund causes which support the wellness of Congleton residents through its Local Community Fund.
