The job description reads: "We are looking for an experienced 2nd line support engineer to join a fun, friendly and professional team working for one of the countries leading IT Service Providers.

"We are seeking a knowledgeable and adaptable 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join the ICT team to help to support company clients."

Duties include onsite and remote installations of software or hardware. Customer training via web, phone and customer visits are also a key part of the role.

Two years support in IT Service or Customer Service is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 management is despised, as is knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware.
