A local estate agent has celebrated the work of the team cross the county in the British Property Award 2023 - holding on to the prestigious title claimed by the booming business in 2022.

Established in February 1999, which is when their Flagship office was opened in Alsager, Stephenson Browne have gone on to become one of the leading local property experts covering Staffordshire and South Cheshire.

Since then, partners Stephen Bird and Tony Browne, along with their dedicated team, have grown the business while maintaining a passion for offering a wide range of properties for sale and rent, making the house buying and selling process as easy as possible and maintaining great customer service throughout your journey.

The team said: "We pride ourselves on our levels of service and passion for all things property so this means that no matter your property needs we have the expertise to fulfill them, offering an extensive array of properties for both sale and let across price ranges to suit all budgets, we can be found in Alsager, Crewe, Congleton, Sandbach, and Newcastle-under-Lyme.

"Our success, even in hard times, demonstrates that we're an estate agency you can trust to achieve the result you require within your timescales. Our years of residential property selling and lettings management has given us unrivalled knowledge of the property market in your area - crucial when deciding which estate agency to choose. We know what sells, and how to best market your property to ensure you get the price you need."

Now, the successful Estate Agents have added another feather to their cap by claiming the Gold Award as a Letting Agent in both Sandbach and Stoke-on-Trent.

Craig Whitney, sales director said: "I couldn't be prouder of the Stephenson Browne team this year, whether it be office growth in terms of market share, or increasing our managed lettings portfolio, a lot of what we achieve is largely down to word of mouth in the service we provide.

"I must thank all our clients for the feedback we receive, and for that feedback to then be recognised in the array of awards the offices picked up in 2023 is humbling.

"We go again this year and look forward to continuing to strive to be the best in the business."

In 2022, the team scooped up not one, but three Gold Awards for their Congleton, Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-on-Trent Estate Agencies, bagging Silver for Cheshire Lettings and Bronze for providing top customer service in their Alsager branch.

As their youngest branch, the Congleton Estate Agency was incredibly proud to pick up the 2022 Gold Award the year it opened on the High Street.

Congleton Branch manager, Ellie Forrester, said: "What a fantastic second year in Congleton! Firstly, seeing the growth of the office within the town and having all of our client's support has been incredible but also the amazing achievements the team have had including British Property Awards Congleton Gold winners and North West silver winners 2022 and the latest award, ESTA best in the postcode is phenomenal in such a short space of time. We can't wait to see what year three brings, and with our new all-inclusive sale and legal fee launching, we look forward to further enhancing our clients property journey."

Congratulations to the team!
