Hours: Part Time – 22.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: Early 7.30am to 3.30pm and late 12.30pm to 8.30pm over three days.

We have a great opportunity for a part Tenancy Sustainment Officer for our Cheshire Abstinence Services based in Congleton.
The services offer housing and tailored support to individuals who have experienced substance misuse and addiction/dependency.
The main purpose of the Tenancy Sustainment Officer role is delivering a customer focussed service within a specialist housing setting, for those post rehab or receiving treatment, who are in temporary accommodation and looking to be part of a tight recovery focused community.
Tenancy Sustainment Officers - Experience:
To be successful in this role as a Tenancy Sustainment Officer you will have a basic knowledge and understanding of the needs of the client group; knowledge and practice in housing and tenancy management in relation to statutory obligations, and a track record in effective tenancy management, particularly voids and arrears management.
