Konker Jobs are recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join an ambitious architectural practice based in Congleton.

This architectural practice has been established for three years and they work on new build residential schemes, small scale residential projects, and commercial schemes too.

They are looking for an Architectural Technician who can work with minimum supervision and produce planning drawings, construction drawings, creative concepts for design and have a thorough understanding of building regulations.

The practice is based on the outskirts of Congleton within a short walk of the train station.

Within the practice are five architectural staff and they are looking for an experienced technician to assist the director of the practice.

The role will give you the chance to run and manage your own projects, visit sites, mentor junior staff, and be the main point of contact for clients.
