An industry-leading firm is moving to Congleton.

Sachet Factory, a manufacturer specialising in stick pack solutions, has signed a lease for a 9,000 sq ft unit at Viking Park.

The move will enable the company to double its current capacity, with the new site supporting the installation of four stick pack machines capable of producing up to one million sachets per day.

This expansion aims to help the firm meet increased client demand while positiong the business for further growth.

Operations director Jack Kinsey said: "We're incredibly excited about this next chapter for Sachet Factory.

"Our new Congleton facility allows us to immediately scale operations and better serve our customers with increased efficiency and speed.

"With our advanced machinery and dedicated team, we're confident this move sets the foundation for long-term success."

Marc Freeman, development director at Clowes Developments, added: "We're delighted to welcome Sachet Factory to Viking Park.

"It's fantastic to see ambitious UK manufacturers investing in high-quality space to support their growth.

"Our goal is to provide the infrastructure that helps businesses like Sachet Factory thrive."

Elsewhere at Viking Park, Clowes have speculatively built out two terrace units on phase two, with the project nearing completion.

Located adjacent to the newly opened MKM Building Supplies, both buildings can be subdivided into three terraced units of approximately 4,000 sq ft, catering to a diverse range of industrial, trade and logistics businesses.

It is understood that several 'high-profile trade counter operators' are already in conversation with the site's agents.

As such, the units are expected to be off market and trading by the new year.
