It is that time of the week again, where we digest the latest COVID-19 data in Congleton.

The latest figures, come from the seven days leading up to January 8. (Boxing Day to Wednesday Jan 2).

The same GOV.UK dataset suggests there were two deaths within 28 days of a positive test for coronavirus reported on 13 January 2022. Between 7 January 2022 and 13 January 2022, there have been 16 Cheshire East deaths within 28 days of a positive coronavirus test. This shows an increase of 77.8% compared to the previous seven days.
