Congleton resident, Harvey Leyland (16), is celebrating outstanding success after collecting his hard-earned GCSE results from Beech Hall School today (25 August).

Harvey was delighted to discover that he had achieved an excellent set of results, including an exceptional grade 9 in GCSE Design Technology. He has also secured an impressive trio of grade 8s, two grade 7s and one grade 6.

Following his accomplishments, Harvey will now take up a place at Sir John Deane's College in Northwich to take A Levels.

Commenting on Harvey's achievements, Beech Hall School Headmaster, James Allen, said: "Since joining Beech Hall School in Year 8 Harvey has made excellent progress and developed a highly positive attitude to learning; we are incredibly pleased that his efforts have now been rewarded with a superb set of GCSE results.
