Prepare yourself for an Easter 'egg-stravaganza'!
Congleton Town Council has shared details of this year's Easter Treats Day, which takes place on Tuesday, March 31.
With several local organisations and groups getting involved, expect a wide range of activities to keep the whole family entertained.
Congleton Town Mayor, councillor Robert Brittain said: "Easter Treats Day is a fantastic opportunity for families to come together, celebrate the season, and support our wonderful local businesses.
"We are thrilled to offer such a vibrant and engaging event for our community, and I look forward to seeing everyone enjoying the festivities."
The free-to-attend Easter Treats Day will be held in the town centre and runs from 11am to 2pm.
Artspace will host creative Easter-themed arts and crafts for children to enjoy, while Everybody Leisure will run fun and energetic games suitable for all ages.
Visitors with a green thumb can join Congleton in Bloom for interactive seed planting activities and pick up tips on gardening, and Rotary Congleton will showcase a wildlife-themed stall, highlighting local nature and their conservation efforts.
Adding to the excitement, the popular 'Hop Around the Shops' trail will run from March 30 until April 11.
Families are encouraged to explore local shops, spot posters, solve clues, and hunt for the missing golden eggs.
Participants can claim a free Easter treat at the end from Congleton Information Centre.
Trail sheets are available for download from the Town Council website or can be collected in person.
