Congleton will celebrate the leap year with a Congleton Bonus Day on Saturday.

Over 20 shops and businesses in Congleton Town Centre are handing out raffle tickets to visitors who spend £5 or more in their shop on Saturday.

This one day promotion will see three lucky winners awarded ShopCongleton vouchers to spend in the participating stores.

All you have to do is visit the shops taking part, spend at least £5 in their shop and fill out your details on the raffle card.

This comes after many Congleton independent shops and businesses have been getting behind the Totally Locally National Fiver Fest Fortnight campaign, which ends on Saturday.

This is the first time that Congleton has participated in the totally locally scheme.

Congleton's Bonus Day will fall on the same weekend as the regular market and Makers Market.
