Congleton service centre hits the market following closure

A car garage has hit the market followings its closure.
The former ATS Euromaster on Brookside Road has been listed for sale.
It follows the Michelin-owned company's wider review of its operating model, which resulted in a total of 86 branches being closed at the end of February.
A spokesperson said at the time: "In a UK automotive aftermarket context of overcapacity, increasing costs and sluggish activity and growth.
"ATS Euromaster intends to review its current operating model and has put in place a proposal to close non-profitable service centres."

The Congleton garage is open to offers in excess of £450,000.
The listing reads: "The property comprises of a detached steel framed industrial unit configured as a three-bay fitting workshop with ancillary storage, reception, office, staff and customer WCs with tyre storage on the mezzanine.
"Externally the unit has seven marked car parking spaces and a spacious forecourt.
"The property is located in Congleton just north of the town center, facing a busy junction where Mountbatten Way (A54) intersects Mill Street. The A54 is a prominent road that travels through Congleton in a north westerly/south easterly direction.
"The property is located in a predominantly commercial area, with nearby occupiers including Screwfix, Enrerprise Rent-a-Car, Congleton Market Quarter and a number of local business."
