A pizzeria has opened on the west side of Chestergate, Macclesfield - joining the Congleton store.

Wood Fire Smoke, located on Princess Street, opened at Congleton Market Quarter ahead of the festive season.

All of their pizza doughs are vegan, authentic and have 'real crusts'.

They have ten pizzas, four salads, dough balls and fries.

There's also fresh garlic bread, olives and a small selection of desserts.

It is the fourth restaurant of the small business to open in Cheshire, with the business already having sites in Wilmslow and Handforth - and now another in Macclesfield.

The new eatery also offers delivery.

They have also emphasised their crusts, by offering four dips to go with their thick Neopolitan crusts, meaning there will be next-to-no food waste.

Wood Fire Smoke is a bring your own alcohol restaurant, meaning you can spend more money on food. However, the Congleton Market Quarter branch is located in an unusual but popular spot, offering multiple eateries and bars around the large and modern complex.

Pizzas start from £8.50.

The Congleton Market Quarter branch is open from 12pm to 10pm from Wednesday to Saturday, and until 9pm on Sundays..
