A health and wellbeing business is preparing for an exciting new chapter.

Pure Balances Pilates is relocating to a larger premises at John Bradshaw Court on Alexandria Way in Congleton.

The move marks an important milestone for the business, allowing the team to continue expanding its services while remaining firmly rooted within the Congleton community.

Founder Lyn McLaren said: "We're incredibly excited about this next step.

"We've loved our current home and are hugely grateful for the support we've received over the years, but we've reached a point where we need more dedicated space to continue developing our services and supporting our clients in the very best way."

Former nurse and Clinical Pilates instructor Lyn set up Pure Balance Pilates in 2013.

Since then, it has grown from a small Pilates studio into a thriving rehabilitation and wellbeing centre, supporting people living with osteoporosis, arthritis, balance problems, neurological conditions, persistent pain and those recovering from injury, surgery or illness.

The new premises, due to open on September 1, will provide a larger, modern environment including a dedicated Pilates studio, a separate rehabilitation and Reformer Pilates space, a physiotherapy treatment room, air conditioning throughout, accessible facilities and excellent on-site parking.

The move will also create opportunities to further develop specialist rehabilitation services and provide dedicated treatment facilities for the physiotherapy team.

As one of the newest businesses joining John Bradshaw Court, Pure Balance is also looking forward to working with neighbouring organisations to develop workplace wellbeing initiatives, including Pilates and movement classes designed to help employees improve posture, reduce back and neck pain, increase mobility and support overall physical and mental wellbeing.

Lyn said: "Many people spend long hours sitting at desks without realising the impact this can have on their bodies.

"We're excited to work alongside local businesses and help employees stay active, healthy and pain-free through simple, evidence-based movement."

She continued: "Many of our clients have become part of our community over the years.

"Whilst we're moving into a beautiful new building, the friendly environment, personal approach and sense of belonging that people value so highly will remain at the heart of Pure Balance."
