Cocktail of the Week: Christmas Night Cap

Congleton Nub News has joined forces with a regular reader to share a 'Cocktail of the Week' feature.
This week, Josh is bringing you a festive tipple to beat all festive tipples. Think the sweetness of Baileys, the festive flavour of eggnog, and a splash of coffee to keep you up and partying this Christmas.
This cocktail is great as an after dinner treat, and pairs nicely with a mince pie for those who love a sugar overdose!
Ingredients:
- 25ml amaretto
- 50ml Irish cream
- 25ml coffee liqueur
- 25ml coffee
- nutmeg
Method:
- add all of your wet ingredients to a shaker with ice
- grate a sprinkle of nutmeg into the shaker
- shake until chilled
- strain into a tumbler - add ice if it is too strong for you
- garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, coffee beans or chocolate sauce
Enjoy with a mince pie!
