A Chinese restaurant has shared a parting message after closing its doors for the final time.
Happy Garden at West Heath Shopping Centre shut for good at the end of September.
The decision to close after 30 years in business came amid 'difficult family circumstances', combined with the terms surrounding the renewal of their tenancy.
A spokesperson for the restaurant said: "We would like to thank everyone over the last 30 years that have supported our business, but more importantly our family.
"We are overwhelmed by the reaction and love that everyone has shown since we announced we would be closing.
"Everyone says how much they will miss us, but they don't know how much we will miss them!
"It's a shame that we had to close due to such trivial circumstances, such as the rent.
"Nevertheless our message remains the same, thank you to all customers and staff that we've had over the last 30 years.
"We've form great memories and friendships.
"We couldn't have done it without them."
