It is business as usual for a pet groomers and dog-friendly café.

The building home to Perfect Pooch and Pupcups has been listed for sale by estate agents, Timothy A Brown.

Thankfully, the potential sale will not have any immediate impact on either of the businesses.

Jodie Willmore, owner of Perfect Pooch, said: "It won't affect my business, Perfect Pooch Dog Grooming, or my mother's business, Pupcups at all.

"We are being sold as tenants in situ and have a leaser for another three years.

"So, we aren't going anywhere!"

The property, 7 Mill Street, is priced at £117,500.

It is being marketed as an investment opportunity.

The listing reads: "An opportunity to purchase an investment property in a good trading location just off the main shopping street.

"The shop has a roller shutter front display window and door to cafe area with WC.

"Beyond this is an enclosed dog grooming area."

Also included in the sale is a vacant first floor, which is accessed by a staircase to the side of 5 Mill Street.

Timothy A Brown state that this has 'potential' for producing income.

There is also a basement/cellar that is not connected to the retail unit.
