Main road shut by police after two-vehicle crash

A main road has been shut following a crash.
Cheshire Police have confirmed that the A34 Newcastle Road in Congleton is currently closed in both directions near Brownlow Heath.
This follows a crash involving two vehicles at around 12.30pm today (Thursday, March 20).
Emergency services are currently in attendance at the scene.
