Cocktail of the Week: Snow Breeze

Congleton Nub News has joined forces with a regular reader to share a 'Cocktail of the Week' feature.
This week, Josh is bringing you a refreshing and fruity cocktail perfect to keep it light as the Christmas indulgence begins: the Snow Breeze.
This is inspired by the popular summer time cocktail, the Sea Breeze, with a base of cranberry and grapefruit juice - but with a festive twist.

Ingredients:
- 25ml cranberry juice
- 25ml grapefruit juice
- egg white or 25. -50ml aqua faba - the juice from a tin of chickpeas
- 25ml amaretto
- 25ml tequila
- topped up with soda water if you prefer a long drink
Method:
- add your egg white or aqua faba and all wet ingredients to a shaker
- shake hard for 30 seconds
- add ice and shake for a further 30 seconds to make a really good foam
- strain into a long tumbler
- top up with soda water or lemonade if you prefer a long drink
