Creative textile business Needlessly Felted is continuing to build momentum with its immersive mindful felting retreats in North Wales, now welcoming guests from across the UK and as far afield as the United States.

Now on the fourth retreat, the experience has quickly gained a reputation for combining creativity with wellbeing, offering participants the opportunity to step away from everyday life and reconnect through the calming, hands-on process of feltmaking.

The upcoming retreat will take place 13th–16th July at Bryn Aethwy, Menai Bridge on the Isle of Anglesey. The 3 night residential retreat includes a structured programme of wet felting workshops, suitable for both beginners and more experienced makers.

Each day is thoughtfully paced, with guided sessions in the morning and time in the afternoon for independent making, exploration, and relaxation. Evenings provide a chance to unwind with shared meals and informal conversation, creating a warm and supportive environment.

All materials are provided, alongside expert tuition, comfortable accommodation, and home-cooked meals. The retreats are intentionally kept small to ensure a high level of individual support and a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees, including those travelling alone.
