Writing down feelings and storing them can really help mental health. During this workshop you will use fabric and embellishments to create a unique decorated jar. Once finished the jar can be used to store away feelings such as things which make you happy, worries or things you are grateful for.

All materials will be provided for the workshop along with guidance to help you with your creation.

Aprons and gloves will be available. It is recommended you don't wear your best clothes as Powertex can be a bit messy!

This workshop is suitable for children aged 8 and over. Under 14's must be accompanied by an adult.
