Congleton Lawn Tennis Club are in the process of putting together a full programme of social events for the coming season.

These will include a Street Food evening, a Race Night with the opportunity to have a flutter and win prizes, a Wimbledon Garden Party, a 24 hour tennis -athon challenge and then later in the year wine and beer tasting evenings. The club will keep you informed of what's on via nub news as it all comes together.

"Everyone is welcome, including guests," said Andrew Giltrap of Congleton Lawn Tennis Club.

"We're hoping both old and new members will come along as well as non-members, and support the club and have a bit of fun at the same time."

The club is going to kick off the celebratory year with a quiz. This will be along the lines of the last quiz but with slightly different topics and with a little more emphasis on sports questions (to give our head coach Craig a chance !! ).

This will be held on Friday 25th March. The £5 entry fee will be shared with our charity partner, Visyon, of Park Road.
