The people of Congleton are being urged to be prepared ahead of further changes to coronavirus legislation later this week.
From tomorrow (Friday 24 July) it will become mandatory for all residents over the age of 11 to wear a face covering inside all retail stores and supermarkets.

Firefighters were called to a small fire involving a hedgerow in the front garden of a property in Congleton yesterday (Monday).
Just before 12:30pm, one fire engine from Congleton attended Sycamore Avenue, Congleton, and the crew used a hose reel jet to put out the fire.

Residents and businesses close to Congleton's Link Road are to benefit from traffic calming measures introduced by Cheshire East Council.
The council will begin work in Padgbury Lane, Congleton, from 27 July, as part of a wider package of measures to mitigate any impact on local roads from the new Congleton Link Road.
Fiona Bruce MP has urged residents to support local business by using their Eat Out to Help Out voucher at restaurants and cafes locally when these vouchers become available for Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays in August.
The new scheme will give people up to 50% off a meal out in August – up to £10 per person in a restaurant, pub or café.
Police officers attended a collision which involved three cars near New Life Church earlier today.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson told Nub News: "At around 1.10pm on Friday 17 July police were informed of a collision on West Road in Congleton.
A group of travellers who arrived in Congleton on Saturday morning remain on site.
At 1.10pm on Saturday (18 July) police were called to reports of an unauthorised encampment on Worrall Street, Congleton.
