Join in with a host of events taking place in and around Congleton this weekend.

Santa Clause
Santa Clause is coming to Congleton town and the surrounding areas this festive season, with the fun kicking off this weekend.
On Sunday 26 November, the annual Congleton Santa tour made a triumphant for 2023, and Santa will be visiting more families this weekend.
On Friday 8 December, he will be visiting The Green, Giantswood Grove, Westlow Heath and Cranberry Gardens.
Following this, on Saturday 9 December residents of Alderley Gate and Round Hill Gardens can expect a visit.
Concluding this weekend's visits, on Sunday 10 December Santa will be flying into Henshall Hall, Reade's Lane and Southlands.

Christmas Candle Making Workshop
Join the team at Capesthorne Hall on Saturday 9 December for a fun and unique candle making masterclass with Ma Lumiere!
All tools, materials and guidance are provided. As well as creating two of your very own candles to take home you will also learn details about the candle industry and how to keep your candles at their best.
The perfect opportunity to kickstart the festive season! You will also have special exclusive access into The Hall which will be dressed for Christmas and to help create a magical day out.

Christmas Cracker
Head down to Cross Street Church on Sunday 10 December to witness the Christmas story told through singing, games and lots of craft activities for all the family.
This event is free and will take place from 4pm.
Drinks and crisps will be available for the children and tea or coffee and mince pies for the adults.
Don't forget to keep your eye on the events taking place on the run up to Christmas at the brand new and incredibly popular Congleton Market Quarter.
