Brownlow Inn owners unveil 'transformation' plans for a village pub they have snapped up

Owners of the Brownlow Inn in Brownlow Heath near Congleton have unveiled transformation plans for a village pub they have snapped up.
They bought the Royal Oak in Rode Heath near Alsager in April.
And now the Brownlow Inn owners have revealed their exciting new plans for the Royal Oak which already has a new logo (see below).

They have shared preliminary plans for the Sandbach Road pub which has been closed for a while.

The Royal Oak said on its Facebook page: "We are pleased to share the first draft of our preliminary drawings as we prepare our planning application.
"As you can see from the attached site plan, we aim to improve our off-road car parking infrastructure, including dedicated disabled bays.
"We also plan to add disabled toilet facilities, improved storage areas and walk-in refrigerators for the kitchen.
"We are very excited to commence the refurbishment work and look forward to any feedback."
A post on the Brownlow Inn's Facebook page at the time of snapping up the Royal Oak read: "We are pleased to announce the purchase of The Royal Oak freehold in Rode Heath.
"We look forward to transforming this pub back into a 'local' that all Rode Heath residents will be proud of.
"Regular posts of our progress will be made on our Facebook and Instagram to keep everyone updated.
"We look forward to welcoming you."
