TikTok stars team up to plant flowers in Congleton's potholes

TikTok stars have been planting flowers in Congleton's potholes.
Harry Smith-Haggett is on a mission to highlight potholes plaguing towns across the UK.
For his latest project, he teamed up with Congleton's Jacob Kitton, owner of The Bin Guy Limited.
Between them, Harry and Jacob have nearly 100,000 followers on TikTok, the video-sharing social media platform.
Jacob said: "Harry is the nicest, most down-to-earth bloke I know.
"Just in his early 20s, he's already doing a better job on our roads than every council in the country.
"It was a pleasure spending the day with him in my hometown of Congleton."

The latest video shared on Harry's TikTok, @harry_pretty_potholes, shows the pair filling two potholes on Market Street with soil and flowers.
Speaking in the video, West Sussex resident Harry said: "TikTok, we've travelled nearly 200 miles to Congleton.
"Cheshire East, you need to sort your potholes out!
"Bin Guy, I've seen how bad your potholes are and I thought I'd come and give you a hand."
Cheshire East Council have been approached for comment.
