Northern Girls Art Exhibition

The award-winning Northern Girls art collective open their autumn exhibition on Friday.

Held at Clonterbrook Gallery, it will feature figurative, landscapes, florals, abstracts, still life, and seascapes, complemented by some beautiful ceramics by Claire Hales.

The exhibition will remain on display until Sunday, October 11.

Prom Showcase

Head to Congleton Town Hall on Saturday for Dress2mydoor's prom showcase.

It will feature vendors advertising prom services, a fashion show of hire stock and off the peg for sale, and an exclusive first look at Gino Cerrutti dresses available to purchase.

Town Tidy

Congleton in Bloom will stage its next Town Tidy on Saturday, following a request to help spruce up Vale Walk.

Volunteers will meet at the Community Garden on Lawton Street at 10am before heading to Vale Walk to weed and clean the ancient cobbles.

Those who prefer to stay at the Community Garden can help with a range of autumn gardening tasks.

The Diary of Anne Frank

Looking ahead to next week, The Diary of Anne Frank arrives at Daneside Theatre on Tuesday.

Directed by Becky Brady, it is the latest production of Congleton Players.
