Residents of a Congleton care have been reliving their memories of a popular pastime.
Priesty Fields Care Home recently welcomed snooker coach Chris Lovell, known for his work with six-time world champion Steve Davis.
The initiative, supported by Congleton-based charity No-Tier Snooker, gave residents a unique opportunity to learn more about one of the sport's most iconic figures.
Home manager Rebecca Murphy said: "It's been absolutely brilliant.
"Seeing the residents so engaged, sharing their own memories, and getting up close to such special pieces of snooker history has been wonderful.
"It's sparked so much conversation and joy across the home. Many thanks to No-Tier Snooker."

Through engaging storytelling and hands-on experiences, residents were able to find out more about Davis' career, from his rise to dominance in the 1980s to the legacy he has left on the game.
The session was made even more memorable with residents getting the chance to see and handle a selection of trophies and awards connected to Davis' achievements.
For many residents, the experience sparked memories and lively conversations, with snooker being such a beloved part of British sporting culture.
For others, it was a chance to discover something new, learn about the history of the game, and share in the excitement.
Resident Ray Brindley, a keen snooker enthusiast, said: "I thoroughly enjoyed learning more about Steve Davis's incredible career.
"I discovered so many things I hadn't known before, and having the chance to hold the memorabilia made the experience even more special. It brought back so much nostalgia."
